Check the property description, total price, cancellation terms, amenities and host information. Complete KYC before a live booking when PODCO requires identity verification.
Your confirmed and past reservations appear in Account → Trips. If a booking needs help, include the booking confirmation code when contacting PODCO.
Use your booking details and the refund flow where available. PODCO reviews refund requests against the booking status, payment record and the circumstances of the stay.
