You do not create a second host account. Sign in to your normal PODCO account, complete KYC, then use Switch to hosting.

Create a listing
Add property type, space type, location, guest capacity, pricing, photos, rules and availability. The address is used to place the property on the PODCO map.
Amenities
Select only amenities actually available at the property. Options include Wi-Fi, braai/BBQ, hot tub/Jacuzzi, pool, parking, family features, accessibility features and host-declared safety features.
Reservations and payouts
Hosting uses the same PODCO account. Reservations, earnings, refunds, payout methods and negative balance adjustments are kept in the host side of the account.
