Pricing
The booking total keeps accommodation, cleaning fee, guest fee, discounts and host payout calculations separate.
Host payouts
Host payouts are scheduled separately after verified guest payment and remain subject to the connected payout method and any refund or negative-balance adjustment.
Refunds
Approved refunds return through the supported payment flow. Host responsibility can be withheld from a scheduled payout or reflected as a negative host balance.
