Review house rules, access details, property risks and any safety notes supplied by the host.

PODCO uses KYC for marketplace trust and safety before live booking and hosting when required.
Urgent situations
For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first. For a booking problem, open Account → Trips → Report issue so PODCO can record the case and hold payout while it is reviewed.
