Payment information
Card details should be handled by approved payment providers. PODCO must never store raw card numbers or passwords for PayPal or Payoneer.
Payout details
Host payout details are encrypted, access-controlled and masked after saving. Changes may place payouts on a temporary security hold.
Accessibility and family information
Travel needs shared for a booking are used to help the host prepare the stay. Guests control what they share and can update saved preferences.
Your choices
Account holders can request access, correction or deletion subject to legal and transaction-record obligations.
