Marketplace role
PODCO provides a platform connecting guests and independent hosts. Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, insurance and safety of their listings.
Host declarations
Amenities, accessibility features and safety measures must be selected honestly. No individual safety checkbox, including a smoke alarm, is required by the listing form; applicable laws may still impose obligations on the host.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after the server verifies availability, price and successful payment. Guest payment and host payout are separate transactions.
Cancellations and disputes
The policy shown before payment applies to the booking. PODCO may pause payouts while a cancellation, refund, fraud or property dispute is reviewed.
